With over ten years of experience in customer service and another decade as a critical care nurse, Ewa brings a rare blend of compassion, attention to detail, and professionalism to everything she does. At LCB, she leads brand management, client relations, and business development—shaping the company’s growth while ensuring every customer experience feels personal and seamless.
Outside of the business, Ewa works as a Nurse Medical Case Manager and is a proud mom of three active kids. A Lake County resident for nearly 25 years, she’s deeply connected to the community and passionate about providing high-quality, local service.

Ryan Harrison is a licensed plumber and certified backflow inspector with over 25 years of experience in the field. For the past decade, he’s focused exclusively on backflow testing, bringing precision, reliability, and a deep understanding of local codes to every job. Ryan is known for his attention to detail and no-nonsense approach—making sure each test is done right the first time.
When he’s not inspecting backflow devices, Ryan enjoys spending time at local farmers markets or tending to his bees as a passionate backyard beekeeper.
